Verundo is built in Stockholm by Techtify. We have run production systems, integrated the tools businesses live in, and watched automation go wrong in them. We are building the layer we wished existed the first time an agent did something we could not take back.
The bet
Agents will do more of the work. The constraint will not be model capability; it will be permission. Companies give autonomy in proportion to how well a mistake can be contained and recovered. Making that recovery real, across the systems a business actually runs on, is a category of infrastructure that has to exist.
We think of it the way databases think of transactions: not as a feature, but as the ground you build on.
Principles
Outcomes over promises. Verified means we re-read the system. Recoverable means we can show it. Irreversible means we say so before it happens.
The organisation owns the policy. An agent never decides its own autonomy.
Fit the tools people already use. Existing agents, existing systems, one configuration change.
